Bioheat® Fuel
Bioheat® fuel is a low-carbon, minimal-emission fuel comprised of recycled, renewable materials that makes it the perfect choice to heat your home.
Bioheat® fuel is made by blending heating fuel with renewable biodiesel. Biodiesel is made from a variety of readily available feedstocks. All these feedstocks are waste products or by-products of existing food supply lines, reducing greenhouse gas emissions significantly.

Oil Tank Protection and Installation
Our experts offer our customers ProGuard oil tanks to help with an oil spill in the unlikely event one does occur. We offer a ProGuard Oil Tank Replacement Plan for ProGuard customers for underground and above-ground tanks. The plan provides a $1,500 limit toward tank repair or replacement.
We recommend double-wall oil tanks. These tanks are one of the most reliable and safest types of tanks on the market, and they use modern technology for maximum storage and minimum space requirements. We proudly install Roth Oil Tanks, which help assure our customers their tanks will last for years.
Fuel Delivery
A cap price sets a ceiling, or cap, on how high your price can go. It also protects you if prices go down; anytime our daily cash price is below the ceiling, you pay the lower price. Learn more about how price caps work with our Smart Pay Plan on this page.

Oil Equipment Repair and Maintenance
Regular furnace or boiler inspection helps prevent a small problem from turning into an expensive repair or replacement. By having inspections done on a regular basis, your furnace or boiler will remain in great shape, and any problems will be caught and fixed before they become detrimental to your entire heating system or your family’s well-being. We’re also happy to offer comprehensive service plans to help you save on repair costs.
If you find the furnace or boiler in your Maplewood home is not performing efficiently and is more than 15 years old, you may need a replacement.
If your heat goes out, check your thermostat and your control switches. Also, check that you haven’t run out of oil or blown a fuse. If you have a steam boiler with a low water cut-off, make sure the water in the boiler gauge is over the water line. If you checked everything and still have a problem. CALL WOOLLEY AT 973-762-7400. Oil Equipment Installation
Oil furnaces and boilers offer many benefits when compared to other heating methods. Customers can benefit from greater efficiency, reduced annual fuel bills, extended equipment lifespan, increased home comfort & security, and more.
Gas Furnace Repair and Maintenance
There are a few common problems that require gas furnace repair. Some of these include a faulty thermostat, power supply issues, strange noises, and blower issues. If you are in need of gas furnace repair, call Woolley Home Solutions today at (973) 762-7400! We also offer comprehensive service plans that help you save on annual maintenance and repair costs.
Gas Furnace Installation
Most gas furnaces should last at least 15 years, and 20 years if well taken care of.
An oil-to-gas conversion offers many advantages, including lower fuel costs, a cleaner burn, and quieter operation. Plus, you don’t have to invest in an entire tank of fuel oil with natural gas; you can pay as you go.
Steam Boiler Repair and Maintenance
If you notice your steam boiler is not performing as efficiently as it should be, is making strange sounds, or producing odd smells, you may need your steam boiler repaired. If your steam boiler is almost ten years old, your energy bills are high, or your home is less comfortable, your boiler may need repair.
Thermostat Installation
Installing a smart thermostat that cannot only be programmed to operate at different levels throughout different times of the day but also be controlled remotely via mobile applications, is an easy and affordable way to decrease your home’s energy bills. Standard thermostats don’t make any adjustments throughout the day, which can cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars every year by heating or cooling your home at times when it isn’t necessary.
Cooling
A/C Installation
Central A/Cs are ideal for homes with existing ductwork in place because of your heating system configuration. If you already have ductwork in place for your heating system, your central air conditioning installation can be half the cost of adding it to a home without ducts.
Ductless A/Cs are much more efficient than old, clunky window A/C systems. These mini-split systems allow you to cool select areas of your home by individual zoning—or you can choose to cool your entire home. Whether you have ductwork or not, mini-split cooling systems offer a wide range of benefits!
A/C Repair and Maintenance
Your A/C may need repair if your energy bills are increasing unexpectedly, your A/C is making strange noises, inconsistently cooling your home, not turning on, cycling off and on multiple times within minutes, or leaking coolant. You can even sign up for a comprehensive AC service plan, which includes savings on future repair and maintenance costs.
On average, we recommend an annual system tune-up and efficiency check, which we can perform for you.

Water Heaters
Water Heater Installation
If your water heater is over 10-15 years old, has an inability to maintain a constant hot water temperature, makes noises during operation, such as clanging and thumping, or has variances in temperature when you turn on your spigot — these are all common signs of an aging water heater, and you may be ready for a replacement.
Water Heater Repair
Many common signs that your water heater needs professional repair are cold or fluctuating water temperature, discolored water, and leaking.
Tankless water heaters are becoming popular because they’re more efficient, friendlier to the environment, and can save you a bundle in utility costs. Because of the durability, and tankless design, this type of water heater typically needs fewer repairs. However, some corrosion issues have been recognized, as well as overload from a tank that’s too small to keep up with demand.
