UST Funding Now Available to Homeowners with Non-Leaking Oil Tanks Effective Aug. 4, 2006, the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade and Closure Program provides loans and grants to eligible applicants to help finance project costs for the closure and replacement of a non-leaking residential underground storage tank (UST).
